Thryv Active is all about building confidence and making friends while getting your sweat on. Our sessions are led by our thryv tribe — who are awesome NDIS personal trainers and coaches.

We have got some seriously fun games and activities lined up to boost your balance, movement, and coordination. Plus, we know how to make sure everyone has a blast! Whether you’re joining the Thryv Active Program, getting personalised attention with One-on-One Personal Training, or gearing up for your next big event with our Event Training, we have got you covered.

Each session is specifically designed for participants in the NDIS scheme. Everyone is invited & each individual's needs will be met. Please reach out if you want to discuss your, or your loved one's specific needs.

We want to see you thryv not just at home but, everywhere. Our activities will help empower you to be your most authentic self in your day-to-day life.

Move Move Move
At thryv we know how important physical movement is for the human body. Our sessions may be indoors or out and will range from boxing to jump-roping, skipping to ball-kicking. Sign up to stay in the loop on when our next event is.

Our thryv Active sessions will be another opportunity to share stories and experiences and build our community. We want to celebrate your wins with you and hear your challenges. We will also share tips and tricks for parents and be open to questions.
