Matt, proud of the team at Thryv Group, transitioned from running a successful digital marketing business to founding Thryv with a passion for making a difference. His vision is to build a strong team of support workers to assist the most vulnerable in the community. Outside of work, Matt is passionate about fitness, especially running. As a father of two active children, he values staying healthy and also coaches his son’s junior AFL team, continuing his commitment to helping others achieve their goals.

Jase, co-founder of Thryv Group, brings over 20 years of experience in sales and education, helping thousands across Australia and New Zealand reach their potential. As a father of two children on the NDIS, Jason understands the challenges families face, driving his commitment to compassionate support. He is also president of RATPACK Multisport, supporting the 4 ASD Kids charity. Jason's professional expertise and personal insight ensure our services are delivered with empathy and care.

With experience working with spinal patients and individuals across all levels of ASD, Morgs is committed to empowering her clients, fostering independence, and promoting health and wellness. Support Worker

Lauren is a compassionate professional with over five years of experience as a support worker specializing in complex mental health and schizophrenia. James brings over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry, having traveled to more than 40 countries and embraced diverse cultures. Originally from the UK, James migrated to Australia 10 years ago after an enriching career as a Cruise Director for Royal Caribbean. His passion for community care began with volunteering for London’s Crisis Homelessness Charity, providing meals, clothing, and companionship during the holidays. Eddie began his career in Sydney’s hospitality scene, managing major live music venues and bars. He loved creating great experiences, building strong teams, and sharing his knowledge - skills he later took with him to London in 2018, where he managed several popular pubs.Wanting to focus more on people development, Eddie transitioned into recruitment, early careers, and HR with a leading international finance company. After returning to Australia, he realised his true passion was supporting others on a deeper level. This inspired him to begin studying counselling in 2026 and to join Mastery Schools as a support worker, where he now provides emotional and social wellbeing support while assisting with the learning needs of incredible young students.
